Is the Process Scan credited?
Yes. If you take a Monitor or Continuous subscription within 60 days of the scan, we deduct the cost of the scan from the onboarding and the first months.
Can I cancel during the term?
The first twelve months are a fixed term. After that the subscription continues month to month and you can cancel monthly.
What does an extra process cost?
An extra process within Monitor or Continuous gets a fixed price, depending on the number of source systems. You receive it up front.
What happens to my data and dashboards if I stop?
The dashboards and findings are yours. We delete the data from our environment according to the agreements in the data processing agreement.
Are the prices including VAT?
No, all prices are excluding VAT.
