Who we are

processmining.nu is a service of Coney Solutions. [Company name, address and chamber of commerce number to be added here.] You can email privacy questions to info@processmining.nu.

What data we process

• Data you give us yourself, such as name, email address, company and the content of your message, when you contact us.
• Data we process on behalf of clients for process mining. For this we conclude a data processing agreement. We use this data only for the agreed service.

What we use it for

To respond to your question, to prepare and carry out a quote or service, and to meet our legal obligations.

How long we keep it

We keep contact details for as long as needed to handle your question and then for a maximum of two years, unless a legal retention period is longer. We delete client data according to the agreements in the data processing agreement.

Cookies and statistics

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If we keep visitor statistics in future, we will do so without tracking individual visitors and will update this statement.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data. Email us to do so. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
